Return Policy
At Penelope, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to assist with a return.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Merchandise must be new, unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Item
In-Store Returns
Online purchases may be returned at any Penelope store location within 30 days of purchase.
Returns by Mail
Customers may return eligible items by mail to:

Please include the following inside your return package:
- Your full name
- Your order number
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Penelope is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment only.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement after the refund has been issued.
