VIP Rewards will be awarded and available for use in select timeframes.

VIP Rewards are based on the amount of purchases during a specific timeframe.

VIP Rewards will be granted at the rate of $3 per $100 spent in-store during the set time period.

Penelope reserves the right to cancel, alter, adjust, or amend the program at any time without prior notice.

All rewards hold no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash, store credit, or gift cards.

All rewards will be delivered digitally through email or text message.  In the event, that a VIP member opts out of either one of these methods, VIP rewards will not be delivered.
